Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 2026

Free Services

Strategy calls and website previews are free. There is nothing to refund for these services.

Project/Build Fee

Once VIEWORA has completed and properly delivered/launched the agreed website or digital project and the contractually defined acceptance/delivery point has occurred, the earned project/build payment is generally final and non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds may be available where: (a) VIEWORA expressly authorizes a refund; (b) the Client Agreement specifically provides one; (c) VIEWORA materially fails to provide an agreed deliverable and does not cure the failure as required by the Agreement; or (d) applicable law requires a remedy.

Change of Mind

The following do not automatically create a refund entitlement after properly completed work: the Client changes their mind, changes business direction, decides not to use the website, changes design preference after approval, expected sales or results that were never guaranteed, or requests additional functionality outside the agreed scope.

Errors and Cure

VIEWORA provides a Report Project Issue system. For legitimate VIEWORA-caused defects within agreed scope, VIEWORA receives a commercially reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct the problem. A minor fixable bug does not automatically trigger a complete project refund. Issues are classified as: Bug, Missing Agreed Feature, Third-Party Error, Client Configuration, Client Content Error, New Feature Request, Scope Change, or Preference Change.

Monthly Service

Cancellation of monthly services primarily prevents future recurring charges. A monthly service period already properly charged is generally non-refundable unless the Agreement provides otherwise, VIEWORA approves a refund, a qualifying service failure occurs, or applicable law requires otherwise.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact VIEWORA through the Contact page or Support page with your project details. VIEWORA will assess the circumstances and respond.
