VIEWORA designs, builds, and maintains digital systems for local service businesses — including websites, lead intake forms, estimate engines, booking automation, follow-up sequences, and customer portals. We provide strategy calls, website previews, and project development services tailored to each client's business.
Strategy calls and website previews are provided free of charge and carry no obligation. A free website preview is a concept only and does not constitute a final product, a binding agreement, or a commitment to purchase.
Paid projects are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Order Form that specifies scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. The terms in that agreement control to the extent they differ from these general terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback during development, and access to necessary accounts, assets, and content required to complete your project.
Payment terms for paid projects are specified in the Order Form and Master Services Agreement. Strategy calls and website previews are free. Prices for projects are quoted individually and are subject to change until an agreement is signed.
While VIEWORA builds systems designed to improve lead generation, conversion, and efficiency, we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, leads, customers, bookings, sales, SEO rankings, Google rankings, website traffic, conversion rates, financial return, or business success.
To the extent permitted by law, VIEWORA's liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues arising from third-party services, client-provided content, or factors outside our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
